Technical Consulting
Matthew is a degreed Welding Engineer with 15 years experiance in manufacturing. We offer short and long term contract services in the following areas:
- ASME BPVC Section IX, AWS D1.1, and other similar codes. Code reviews, procedure qualifications, welder qualifications, supplier audits, customer/client specification conflict reviews and maping.
- Welding process selection and optimization, especially in carbon and low alloy steels.
- Internal process and procedure audits. (do your processes reflect reality or conceal reality?)

Leadership Development
In the course of solving various technical problems we have found that there are good solutions to most technical problems. What tends to cause the most friction is people and the way a company manages them. Over the years after watching a significant number of technical meetings getting side tracked by these non-technical issues we started to look for ways to reduce or eliminate the friction inherent in personal relationships. We have taken the most common issues and developed some tools that give predictable, and repeatable results.
